This award is in memory of Scott Brannon, who was murdered in 2006.   Scott was a huge fan of Elvis Presley and the phrase “Taking Care of Business” .  During his life, Scott would send Certificates of Appreciation for “Taking Care of Business” to sister Angela Brannon   [ she is co-Founder and Executive Director of It's All About the Kids].  This award thanks the people and companies that make things happen for the Foundation and enable the charity to accomplish its goals of helping less fortunate children succeed.

The Adam Lasher Band is a Boston-based rock group that was formed in the summer of 2007 while attending Berkelee School of Music.

Guitarist/Singer/songwriter Adam Lasher of Northern California serves as the bands front man, the soulful groove/rock quintet has been performing throughout New England’s hippest venues – Now located in Los Angeles, CA. The band is creating a buzz with their fresh interpretations of classic and contemporary Soul, Rock, and Latin.

Adam is also the nephew of Rock Legend Carlos Santana.

The band’s members Brock Pollock on Bass , Matt Musty on Drums and Josh Fobare on Keys are as equally diverse as they are talented. Each player brings an eclectic mix of musical backgrounds. This coupled with the exceptional songwriting and performing abilities of Adam Lasher, makes for a unique blend of Rock.

Artist Dave Dickey was born and raised in the Los Angeles area and has since resided in inspiring locales such as Hawaii, Japan and Costa Rica.  Currently, Dickey calls San Diego home.  He is a completely self-taught artist who began creating as a child, using pencil as his medium and the scenic backdrop of the ocean and beaches, as well as the legendary art of
